    Procrastination.

    I was a full-fledged, card-carrying member of “Procrastinators unite… tomorrow” for YEARS. ⁣Sure, there may be positive ways to look at why we procrastinate but for me, it’s mostly a problem.     It is better to give than to receive.

    Do I believe this is true? Do I live this out? Or is this just a nice idea for those who work with the poor but not so much for a mom at home with her kids? Obviously, the “right” answer to this question is yes but it can be excruciatingly difficult to live it out. For me, “it is better to give than to receive,” looks like loving and serving my boys generously today without them acknowledging it. They will most likely ignore my service or even work against it.
